Initial Chiropractic Assessment

Service Description

Your Initial Chiropractic Assessment will begin with a comprehensive Health Consultation, followed by a Digital Posture Analysis, Neurological Exam, and Chiropractic Evaluation. Your 1st Chiropractic Adjustment is included and will take place during this appointment. Also included is your Doctor's Report of Findings, an additional appointment where we will share your results with you, as well as our best recommendations for moving forward. Your Doctor's Report of Findings will be booked at the the conclusion of your Initial Chiropractic Assessment. Cancellation Policy

illumINNATE Chiropractic Studio is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us at +34 603 66 7525 by 10.00h on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes. To modify a Monday appointment, please call our Studio by 13.00h on Friday.
