Since 2019, Dr. Kelli Turelli and Dr. Francisco Turelli have cared for more than 3,000 practice members from all over the world, with a focus on the nervous system, pregnancy, babies and families.

Your first visit, step by step
- Health consultation: we listen to your story and your goals.
- Digital posture analysis and neurological exam, including the INSiGHT scan.
- Chiropractic evaluation and your first specific adjustment, in the same visit.
- Report of Findings on your second visit: your results and a personalized care plan.

Do you speak English?
Yes. Dr. Kelli Turelli is from Pittsburgh (USA) and Dr. Francisco Turelli is from Córdoba (Argentina). Both are fluent in English and Spanish, and every visit, form and report is available in either language.
How much does the first visit cost?
The initial assessment includes the consultation, posture analysis, neurological exam with INSiGHT scan, your first adjustment and the Report of Findings visit. Current prices are shown in our online booking system when you pick an appointment type.
Do I need a referral or an X-ray?
No referral is needed. We do not take X-rays routinely; if imaging is clinically necessary we will refer you. If you already have recent images, bring them.
