Yes. New patients book an adult, prenatal or pediatric assessment through our online system; existing practice members book adjustments on the "Book your adjustment" page.

Chiropractic care in Spain is usually paid privately. We provide invoices you can submit to your insurer if your policy covers chiropractic. Ask us and we will help.

Yes. Dr. Kelli Turelli is from Pittsburgh (USA) and Dr. Francisco Turelli is from Córdoba (Argentina). Both are fluent in English and Spanish, and every visit, form and report is available in either language.

The initial assessment includes the consultation, posture analysis, neurological exam with INSiGHT scan, your first adjustment and the Report of Findings visit. Current prices are shown in our online booking system when you pick an appointment type.

No referral is needed. We do not take X-rays routinely; if imaging is clinically necessary we will refer you. If you already have recent images, bring them.

Chiropractic adjustments are specific and gentle, and are adapted to each person, from newborns to seniors and pregnant women. Your history and exam tell us which techniques are appropriate for you.

Yes. Prenatal chiropractic care uses gentle, specific techniques adapted to each trimester, on tables and pillows designed for pregnancy. Dr. Kelli Turelli is trained through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in prenatal care.

Any time. Some moms start in the first trimester to prepare their body; others come in the third trimester with discomfort or to prepare for birth. Care can continue right up to the due date.

Chiropractors do not turn babies. What we do is work on pelvic balance and the tension of the surrounding ligaments, which gives the baby the best possible room to move into position on their own. We are happy to discuss your case with your midwife or doctor.

Only if you are comfortable. We use pregnancy pillows with a cut-out for the belly, and we can also adjust you on your side or seated.

No. Adjustments during pregnancy are gentle and many moms find the visit relaxing. You should never feel forced into a position.

From birth. Newborn checks are very gentle, use fingertip pressure only, and often happen while the baby is feeding or asleep in your arms.

Pediatric adjustments are adapted to the child's age and size and use a fraction of the force of an adult adjustment. Dr. Kelli is trained specifically in pediatric care through the ICPA.

No. We work alongside your pediatrician. We assess the spine and nervous system; medical diagnoses and vaccinations remain with your doctor.

It depends on what we find and on your goals. After the first visit we give you a clear recommendation, and children usually need far fewer visits than adults.

Yes, and many do. Parents and children are often seen in the same visit.

Back pain is the most common reason adults first visit us. We assess where the spine has lost movement and how the nervous system is responding, adjust specifically, and give you a plan. Many people notice change from the first visits; lasting results come from completing the plan.

The initial assessment takes about 45 minutes. Regular adjustment visits are short and efficient, usually 10 to 15 minutes, which is why many professionals fit them in during the workday.

Yes. The sensors only read temperature, muscle activity and heart rhythm; nothing is emitted. It is used routinely with newborns and during pregnancy.

A few minutes for all three scans. Children are scanned as far as they can sit still, and that is enough.
