Chiropractic care for adults & families
Family wellness care at illumINNATE is chiropractic care for adults and their families: professionals under stress, people with back or neck pain, headaches or poor posture, athletes and dancers, and parents who want the whole family checked. Dr. Francisco Turelli uses Thompson, Torque Release, SOT, Diversified and Toggle Recoil techniques, choosing the most specific and gentle approach for each person.

What we see most often
- Low-back pain and sciatica
- Neck pain, stiffness and tension headaches
- Posture problems from desk work and phone use ("tech neck")
- Stress that shows up in the body: shallow breathing, poor sleep, a jaw that never relaxes
- Sports and dance: performance, recovery and prevention
Our approach
Pain is usually the last thing to show up and the first to go away. We look for the cause: vertebral subluxations, areas where the spine has lost proper movement and is sending "bad data" to the brain, keeping the nervous system in a stressed state. The INSiGHT scan lets us measure that stress and track how it changes with care.
Care follows a plan with three phases: an intensive phase to restore stability, a wellness phase while the nervous system relearns balance, and lifetime care at a minimal frequency for those who choose chiropractic as their preventative routine. Everything is explained at your Report of Findings, with your own numbers.

Frequently asked questions
Can chiropractic help with back pain?
Back pain is the most common reason adults first visit us. We assess where the spine has lost movement and how the nervous system is responding, adjust specifically, and give you a plan. Many people notice change from the first visits; lasting results come from completing the plan.
How long is a visit?
The initial assessment takes about 45 minutes. Regular adjustment visits are short and efficient, usually 10 to 15 minutes, which is why many professionals fit them in during the workday.
What techniques do you use?
Thompson (drop table), Torque Release Technique (instrument), SOT, Full Spine Diversified and Toggle Recoil. The technique is chosen for you, not the other way round.
Do you work with athletes?
Yes, including dancers, runners and gym-goers. Chiropractic care is used for performance, recovery and prevention, not only for pain.
Is there a family discount or family plan?
Ask us at your Report of Findings. We regularly care for whole families and can organise visits so everyone is seen together.
